Last week, Midwestern Pet Foods voluntarily recalled ten brands of their pet foods due to Salmonella risk. Here’s a closer look at one of the impacted brands, Earthborn Holistic.

We previously wrote about this product in our guide to the best dry dog food brands. However, since the recall affects both dog and cat foods, we compiled all the details for you and your pets. Check out the tables below.

If you have any of these pet foods:

  1. Immediately stop feeding them to your pet and notify your veterinarian.
  2. Destroy the foods in a way that children, animals, and wildlife cannot come in contact with them.
  3. Sanitize your hands and all utensils or surfaces that came in any contact with the food.
  4. Monitor your pets and members of your household for symptoms of Salmonella poisoning. Contact your healthcare provider if you notice any.
